Approach toward the Protection of Personal Information and Specific Personal Information Aichi Health Plaza (below as "the Hotel") recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of individuals, and when handling personal information, the Hotel shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (hereinafter referred to as "My Number Act"), and this protection policy, respectively, and shall handle all related issues in an appropriate manner.Also, the Hotel shall handle specific personal information in an appropriate manner and in accordance with the Guidelines for Proper Handling of Specific Personal Information (for Private Entities).
In addition, the Hotel shall thoroughly disseminate all relevant rules in order to raise awareness of the protection of personal information and specific personal information through implementation of education and training for employees.
*Personal information: Information providing clues that can be used for identification of an individual (e.g., address, name, age, gender, date of birth, telephone number, etc.)
*Specific personal information: Personal information including the contents of personal identification number
Handling of Personal Information and Specific Personal Information

(1)Purpose of Collection & Use
The personal information collected, used and in possession by the Hotel is determined as information required to achieve the following purposes.
- 1) To provide services, products, and information tailored to customer needs.
- 2) To develop more attractive services and products based on customers' evaluation of the Hotel obtained through questionnaires, etc.
- 3) To introduce services and products of the Hotel.
- 4) Registration of employment opportunities in the worker dispatch business, suitable employment management of employees, etc.
- 5) Scope required for selection and employment procedures when recruiting
Specific personal information shall be within the scope stipulated by laws and regulations.
- 1) To provide services, products, and information tailored to customer needs.
- (2)Safety Management
For personal information management purposes, a person responsible for handling personal information in each department shall be appointed under the supervision of the personal information management representative. Maximum attention shall be invested in order to ensure suitable management of personal information as well as prevent information outflow, commencing from compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and strict observance of Japanese laws and regulations related with the protection of personal information, as well as other norms.
In addition, appropriate and reasonable safety measures shall be implemented to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, etc., and efforts shall be invested into improving awareness of personal information protection through education, training, and instruction of employees.
Regarding the safety management of specific personal information, a separate norm entitled Specific Personal Information Handling Regulations has been stipulated. - (3)Outsourcing
In order to provide even better services, the Hotel may outsource the handling of personal information and specific personal information.
In such a case, the Hotel shall require the management of personal information and specific personal information is done appropriately in accordance with various Hotel regulations as well as My Number Act, and efforts shall be invested into safety management. - (4)Provision to Third Parties
Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties* without the consent of the person in question.
*The following are not considered as third party
- 1) When outsourcing the handling to an external contractor in order to accomplish the purpose of use.
- 2) When evaluated as necessary for public interest.
Specific personal information is prohibited as a principle except when stipulated by laws and regulations.
- (5)Disclosure, Correction, etc.
When requested to disclose, correct, delete, or share the purpose of use of personal information provided to the Hotel, the Hotel shall implement required research and answer in a swift manner, except in case a special reason not to do so exists, and upon confirmation of the identity of the person in question.
In addition, when requested to correct or delete information, the Hotel shall respond in a swift manner in case the registered contents requires correction or deletion due to error, etc.
Regarding specific personal information, the Hotel shall respond in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations upon confirming the identity of the person in question.
